If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a Biltain website or web application, please report it privately through the official company contact channel rather than publicly disclosing the issue first.
What to include
Provide the affected URL or component, a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it where appropriate, and any relevant evidence that can help the technical team understand the problem.
Good-faith testing
Avoid accessing, changing, deleting or exposing data that does not belong to you. Do not interrupt services, deploy persistent access or conduct testing that could materially affect other users.
Response
Biltain may acknowledge reports and investigate them based on severity, validity and available resources. This page does not create a security-testing contract or guarantee a particular response time.
